Steve is a co-founding principal at CCM Commercial Mortgage where he specializes in arranging debt and equity solutions focused on the acquisition, refinance and recapitalization of self-storage and other commercial real estate assets. Steve has over 23 years of experience and has arranged well over $3 billion of commercial real estate financing. Steve’s experience includes commercial real estate direct lending, investment, development, real estate advisory services, structured finance, and loan work-out services.
